Class Descriptions

BEGINNERS BELLYDANCE This class is more traditional, start at the very beginning. Learn the basic, beautiful takasim moves & Rhythms. Shimmey and Sharbi.... Veil & Cane basics. The A-E International Bellydance Moves Complete your course with a funky routine. Its fun, and fabulous for fitness & flexibility. Suitable for beginners any age, shape, size or fitness level. Also suitable for Mums or Mums to be.

INTERMEDIATE A more advanced class. Learn K-O takasim moves And P-T intermediate work U-Z advanced moves Learn choreography, and interpretation Routines and performance work, and more rhythms.

BODYQUAKE The latest fitness/dance craze. This class is ideal for those who wish to promote flexibility, endurance and rhythm. Fitness with a difference. Bellydance, Latin and Tribal steps. Get fit and have fun at the same time. Suitable for all ages and body types. Low impact exercise. A 45 minute class.
